With the permission of Otto, I am having a shot at this myself!
Thirteen performers, thirteen cars. They're connected two by two by a car song.
You know the rule: one point for the connections (please give us the title of the song). No point for the name of just the performer or the car.

This particular car is a 1963 Buick Special Deluxe Sedan.
According to Wikipedia: "In 1962, the Special was the first American car to use a V6 engine"

Right. Starting 1931, Buick was only powered by eights. So a Buick 6 can only be a Special.

Quite often, as in Otto's Cars and Tunes, the connection is to be found in the lyrics and not in the tile.

Tuner #2 is Johnny Cash. Should match to Car#9 a Psycho Billy Cadillac from the tune "One Piece at a Time"

Car No 13 is a 1948 Cadillac Series 61 fastback coupe and Tuner No8 are The Andrews Sisters who apparently sang about a Cadillac in the Spring, 1947 song: The Lady From 29 Palms

Car No 2 is a Curved Dash Oldsmobile. And then there was the song: My merry Oldsmobile in 1905 so I think the match is No6, who I believe is Gus Edwards.

Tuner No5 is Robert Johnson who sang Terraplane Blues, which matches Car No3 a 1935 Terraplane DeLuxe Six convertible coupe

Tuner No10 shows The Playmates, who had a song, "Beep beep" mentioning a Nash Rambler, a reference to Car No1, a Nash Rambler Convertible Landau, 1951.

Tuner No13 and Car4: Sonny Boy Williamson who in "Brother James" mentioned a 1929 Ford, which happens to be Car4: 1929 Ford Model A Coupe.

@pnegyesi: Your third and fourth pairings are correct (the Rambler is a 1953, but it's not obvious). The rest is false.

Tuners #1 are Billy Jones & Ernest Hare matching car #8 a Ford T.
The song is "Henry's Made a Lady Out of Lizzie"

Actually the lyrics are about car#4 the Ford Model A which was presented in 1928.

" In 1927, after selling over 15 million Ford Model T cars,
the Henry Ford Motor Company replaced the Model T with the Model A.
This song was written in praise of the new Model A."
