Looks like a weird Bond Bug
From memory I think that this was a buggy conceived and built by Hot Car magazine in the UK in the early 1970s, but I can't recall the name or mechanical base. Darn it!! Is there such a thing as half a point?!!
Some clues to get this out of its Holy Blackness1. Not Hot Car magazine but its close contemporary2. This car used a British front-engined chassis that was easy to take the body off3. Its name is the same as a well-known font
