I think that the car is a North Korean copy called the Kaengsaeng 88, Paektusan (or Paekdusan, depends on the transcription) and Pyongyang 410 (or 4.10).

North Korea is obviously a very confused place, as this reputedly appalling Merc 190E copy might be called any of the following: Kaengsaeng 88, Paektusan/Paekdusan or Pyongyang 410 / 4.10

I think it could depend on the factory they were assembled at, but it's just nothing more than a supposition.

Wasn't the Pyongyang 410 a Daewoo LeMans copy?
