Don't waste Your time trying to decipher this puzzle picture, because it was almost impossible to read the name on the original picture too

All I know is that it appeared at the 1985 Tokyo Motor Show, and was reputedly solar-powered. I don't even know if it was the product of one of the big companies. Very little about this car anywhere but any extra info always much appreciated
