Given that Lambrettas were manufactured in 10 countries, it could be anywhere. And even then it could be a conversion in yet another country.
As three are Spanish-speaking I'll guess at a Lambretta Famiglia

This Lambretta could only have been made in one country - the clue is in the forward bodywork ...
