Well if is the one I did some research for then it was built in Austrailia by a company called Bodycraft Pty Ltd.
Designed by Allan Cumming and Ford looked at it but decided not to take it into production.

That works for me. Well done. Four of these were built by Bodycraft for appraisal by Ford Australia before the project got canned.

Aha, one of the four built was a 2-door, the other three all being 4-door models. Can't lay my hands on an image of the 2-door version, but here's another shot of the 4-door.

Here's a video of the 2-door car, shot by none other than Darth Vader (before his voice changed)

During the production of the mk1 in the early to mid sixties a team of designers and engineers from a company based in Geelong Victoria Australia called bodycraft...This is where the ambulance bodies and chassis extensions works took place....The fastback was a project of which was not continued,(rather than canned) as for one of the chief designer Mr Arduino Carlini passed away , My grandfather....
There you have it...THE TRUTH....
