That looks like a '35 or '36 Ford.

Cut down and modified for Autoball ( I think that's what they called it ), a Football/Soccer type sport done with cars.

( kinda like Motoball, which is with motorcycles...)

Close enough! The sport was actually called Moto Polo. Here's why they needed roll-over cages
