Savio + 500 + Spider is correct - however, do you know the model name applied to the car? Will hold the puzzle for you for 48 hours

Could it be  "La Vibilia" ?  I found it on Frua's site for a Fiat 500 S Savio Spider of 1958, but there is no photograph.  As for this one (1957), also described by Allemano's thread "Italian Coachbuilders", I don't find any nickname.
