It's a 1952 special body based on Aero / Jawa Minor II or III.

You're about to score, but can you make a choice? The make's name: Aero or Jawa? The model: II or III?

I can find only one source from the internet where that car is mentioned and it's named Aero Minor III Spezial. But I have seen the picture on some site I cannot find anymore, because I have saved it to my computer as Aero Minor II -based Jawa "M". Although Minor III never made it to production, I would choose the first version because Minors produced after WWII were Aeros, not Jawas.

So I will choose Aero and III.

Fine: that's what my source says too, so we'll settle with this.

Information from a Facebook page related to this car:

Based upon a 1952 Aero Minor II Roadster.  Built by Mr. Hron and Mr. Hegr between 1952 and 1954.  Both dash and external badge refer to the car as "Jawa Minor II".
