It seems to be a one-off / prototype nad Madueno was a... designer or what?

As the pics below show, the car is clearly called Cordoban (see sign above car at 1969 Barcelona Show) but there's scant info about it other than that article.

Thanks, but it makes me wonder that it appearantly was equipped with a Seat 124 1600cc engine not a 1430. ???
