It looks like a Fiat 1500, bodied by Francis Lombardi... but I have never seen this 'wagon' version. Was the name perhaps Giardinetta?

The coachbuilder "Lombardi" is correct, the Fiat 1300/1500 base is also correct.
Of course it is a "Giardinera", but it has a certain name I'd like to know...
