Constructed on a Rover P4 (75) chassis, the Marauder 2 litre Sports was built in 1950-52 by ex-Rover men Gordon Mackie and Peter Wilks.
It was not a great success, and you see 13% of the production in this one photo.

I know a special-builder who bought the last set of Marauder body panels to cloth a Sunbeam-Talbot 90 chassis which he powered with a Lea-Francis engine. You don't get much more devious than that, do you? ;D

Looks like the Rover 75 based Marauder A/100. Fifteen built between 50-52.

That reminds me to say that I was confused and wandering when I wrote that second bit - he used Swallow Doretti panels, not Marauder. Just as devious, though!
