Centaur? An American Saab-powered HM sportscar.

Centaur it is. This one is not SAAB-powered, however.

Then, I guess, this one may have a DKW engine.

Point's yours. This one is powered by a Mercury outboard marine engine, driving though a Fiat gearbox. It was built by Centaur Engineering in the city of Mount Clemens, in south-eastern Michigan.

Hmm..interesting. I think there was no single word about marine engines in a source I have found this car in. So it becomes a third engine available for Centaur  ::)

Just as not every web site is 100% accurate, not every book is all-inclusive.  The description I gave came from the person who took the picture in the early 1960's.
