The car has been hand-built by Albinas Kalinauskas from Alytus, Lithuania. The name of this car is formed by the first letters of the creator's name and his wife's Regina name. It took five years for him to build this car.

The article (only one I was lucky to find) about this car (in Lithuanian) can be sent personally by a request...

It's amazing what a gifted artist can do with a rivet tool, a paint gun, some sheet metal, and a brake.  :P
