Not exactly. Take a better look and you'll see a major difference.

It is identical to the ones sold in the UK apart from the detailing on the front bumper?

Correct.
This is the Reva (a 1999 photo) from India, before it was sold in UK as the G-Wiz. There's not front bumper opening on this one.
