It is a Ferrari by one of the Italian coachbuilders (Michelotti?), but I can't remember how was it called, cause I'm out of my sources now...

This actually is chassis #0812, which started life as Ferrari 250 P2 Fantuzzi Spyder. In 1964 it was updated to 275/330 P specification.
It was rebodied by Michelotti in 1968 and shown at the New York Auto Show. In 1988 the original Ferrari body was refitted and that is how the car survives today.

I have already read this text  ;D We seemingly have the same source for this car.

Of course, it's quite common that almost all info is (at least) second hand. I'm too young to have been there. ;)
There is a whole thread about this specific car at Ferrarichat.com, though.

I didn't mean that. I was just referring to the possibility that we had the same source of information for this Ferrari (which appeared to be not the same, btw)  :)

I know, but I oftend tend to answer quite seriously. I don't always interpret the emoticons right or in time. ;)
It is very likely we have read the same source of info. Amongst others...
