It's the AMD from 1991. The car - in order to be precise their mock-up - was built by Automobiles Michel Durand - who is the son of the famous French plastic sportscar builder, Jacques Durand.

Yes :)
It's the AMD, an updated version of Jacques Durand's earler car - Scora. It was realised in 1991 by him and his son Michel (AMD=Automobiles Michel Durand), but due to the complexity of homologation issues, it remained a mock-up.
