If I understand it right...this is an Anglo-Iranian AP1, V8, 6 litres.
Thanks to the english index, it should be related to a certain Straussler Miklos (Nicolas Straussler).

You are almost there, yes the car was designed by Michael Straussler in London. I think it's worth a point.
But which company has built it?

For help: The builder was a large scale industrialist in Hungary. He has built cars, trucks, and after the WW2 it was i.a. a famous motor bicycle factory in their former factory.

Here's a picture showing the front of this vehicle. Standing in the middle is Viktor Szmick, a Hungarian engineer and racer who worked for Weiss Manfred from 1928 'til about 1943-1944.
