Motta and Baudo is not in the Georgano encyclopedia and was based in Turin and was fairly short-lived, making cars only in 1925

Motta and Baudo was a light car powered by a 4-cylinder Chapuis Dornier engine, with independent suspension front and rear, and a chassis sharply upsewpt at both ends. It did not go into production - from the Georgano encyclopedia which features 1924 as production year, while online sources claim 1925.

OK, I'll take the more complete answer. The firm can also be found under the MB name in other sources, and the engine is indeed a Chapuis Dornier 1100 or 1300.

The Rombo was quite a particular car.
The missing one was a small car, with a particular name, that can be somehow connected with a later, very popular, italian car.
(the 2-guesses option is still valid)

Okay, I am getting tired, San Giusto was somehow familiar - now I know why. Sorry

My last guess for today: Blanc & Trezza from Milan

Not Blanc & Trezza (that was an electric taxi).
This one built only this car, closed soon after and is featured in the major encyclopedias.
(and I wrote that because I know you have those ones, not because it's easy...)
