Built by A.V. Roe and Co LTD, the Harper, built in 1921, was powered by a 269cc Villers engine.

For those who don't recognise the name, A V Roe Ltd were a British aircraft manufacturer responsible for the WW1 and inter-war trainer the Avro 504, the WW2 Lancaster bomber and the delta winged Vulcan nuclear bomber.
