I don't know this car, or the Ferrari in the backgroud, but the car in front on the left of it is an Ol' Yeller Mark III.

The Cheetah's were built by Bill Thomas Race Cars, not by Chevrolet. Chevy proffered a lot of help, and supplied Corvette engines, but they were not Chevrolet products any more than a Chaparral was a Chevy.
