Ah, I've been away from my PC for quite a few days, so I thought this one might have gone by now (as have lots of the others that I knew!).  Anyway, I believe this to be the 'Pioneer 63', a prototype made in Bulgariain 1967 by the Sofia Institue of Science.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

A couple more images.  The Pioneer 63 was an electric car with 2 motors.  Combined motor power was 6.3KW, for the number "63":
