It“s the Roland,designed and built by Kazuo Kawamata during 1930-1932.Can also be called Japan“s baby Cord L-29

Correct again.

The first front-wheel-drive car in Japan is believed to be the Roland-go, manufactured in 1931 by renowned racing driver Kazuo Kawamata. An improved model, the Tsukuba-go, was produced by Tokyo Jidosha Seizo for three years starting in 1935 . It came in three body types-sedan, hooded wagon, and truck-and about 130 units were manufactured. The car was named after Mt. Tsukuba in the Kanto area. The Tsukuba was the subject of this puzzle:
