It looks almost like an Isuzu Florian

I can't find any information about it so I have to guess that this is Isuzu's design proposal prototype for the project 117 which is quite close to the production version.

You are right about it being an Isuzu prototype. But who created it? A little digging should reveal the answer....

It looks like a Michelotti styling, but I've found no evidence of that...  ???

This Florian has a air of Bertone about it (not disimilar to its lovely Mazda Luce 1500/1800), so Bertone gets my vote.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

I''d like to expand my answer: I think it was Giugiaro just after he joined Ghia.

My guess is Giugiaro during his time at Ghia.

It is indeed Ghia. The handwritten caption on the back of the photo says "Ghia Isuzu Bellett 1965" but it's clearly a Florian prototype. Not sure if this was actually a Giugiaro or not though....
