BTW, the info I have only shows Bay State making cars for 2 years, not 5.

Actually there where 4 different manufacturers called Bay State (5 if you count also the car sold under the Walkins brand)
The more important were the Boston's one, active from 1907 till 1908 and the Farmingham's one, both from Massachusetts, from 1922 till 1926, that is the one of the puzzle. There were two models available: the Model 1, a 6-cylinder 58hp, 121" wheelbase sold in 6 differen bodystyles and the Model 2, 6-cylinder, 60hp 121" wheelbase, available in the same 6 bodystiles.

That is the name of one of the bodystyles available, and the only one that fits to this.
The other are 'Sport Touring', 'Coach' and 'Sedan' but there is the same pic in my book (Standard Catalog) and it was generically called All-wheater Touring, but no doubt you are right, this is the 'California Top Touring' available with the 60HP Six Model....
Kleiber Model 6-60 California Top Touring from 1925 should be the most accurate...

Yes! It´s the 1925 Kleiber,produced from 1924 till 1929 ( 6 years,sorry)

I´ll give one point to Paul Jaray because he found the car and gave me the same details that I have,from 1925,model etc...

But...California Top sounds right too! so another point to Allemano.
