It looks French (see the Mobylette behind), but it's not a Vespa 400 nor a Motobécane.  That's puzzling...

You got me.  I excluded Motobécane 65 KM 2V and I didn't knew of Motobécane KM2 "Moby4" & KM2 "ville".  Which one is yours ?  I can't tell by the photograph on "Motobécane Club de France".

Another page of Motobécane Club de France says it.  It is the Mobyquatre, definitely.

It does look similar, but it's not the same car.

Motobécane Club de France says Voiturette KM2 "moby 4" & KM2 "ville" for your photograph but doesn't tell which it is.  "moby 4" is the same thing as "Mobyquatre"

I'll give you the point as it is the Motobecane KM2 Ville, which is very close to the other Motorbecane that was posted by somebody else a few days after this one.

This one is the Mobyquatre, not the KM2V.

Merged, as despite Djetset's denial this is the same car. The Motobécane Club de France also says that Mobyquatre was another name for the 1961 KM 2 and that three prototypes were built.
