As far as I know this car doesn't have a name. It is just refered to as the Lucas Chloride hybrid car, as it was an experimental prototype, which was never produced in a secon unit. That's what is written in a engineering book about hybrids and other alternative mobility solutions. If you want, I can post some technical data about it.
