Looks like an E-type bodywork atop a Range Rover chassis.
Unlikely that somebody would do that to a real 'E', so I'd guess at Wildcat or Stardust.
With emphasis on the Wildcat.

It is a wildcat body on a Range Rover Classic Chassis.
Built by a guy in Stamford, Lincolnshire as a bit of fun
The 'official' name is Range Rover Wildcat E
