Well, it seems to be n ultra-short Fiat 500... but I couln't find who made the conversion.

OK, it is one of the Cassella's 500 Corta, but this one in particular is a different one, made 10 year later and with a particular name and caratheristic.

Don't know... The official website has it as 500 Corta. It is electric ( if I understand correctly)... It has a name plate 500 WATT, so maybe WATT is what are You looking for.. well this is starting to be a nitpicking...

.. well this is starting to be a nitpicking...
You found the maker, that was the really hard part, but this cas is not the old Corta but the new electric version. It's a different car, I'm not sure it's called WATT (I presume so) that's why for me was fine even "electric".
Seems like you don't like playing by the rules...
