Yes, couldn't it!
It's the 1902 James and Browne which was owned by the City and Guilds College, London, which is now part of Imperial College (which still owns it).
Known as Boenerges (Sons of Thunder- the surname of James and John the sons of Zebedee) I am told.

Allan L, I knew you wouldn't disappoint on this one.  It is indeed the 1902 James and Brown (not to be confused with the soul singer of the same-ish name!).  Well done, you have the point and are now steering very close to becoming a pro!!  ;)
