Well, "Steamy Windows" is a car song, but it doesn't mention any make's name.

"Bare Necessities" speaks of a limousine and "a little Jag". I don't know if that's enough.

Further, there are a whole lotta artists already named, and other than Rocket 88 and your most recent guess, not a lot of songs have been added to the mix.

They are maddening for sure. But without them I had found that car #21 is a 1923 Star, and tuner # 15 should be Edwin Starr.

I guess that #12 is the dash of a 1966 AMC Rambler.
Could #17 be the 1960's Cambridge group "The Ramblers" (I don't even dare imagine how many bands are called "The Ramblers" or "The whatever... Ramblers"

Tuners #34 are Gladys Knight and the Pips, (the only clue I understood) and Car #27 is a Willys-Knight, ca. 1923

Car #7 is a DeDion-Bouton armored car, to be paired with Tuners #17, Dion (DiMucci) and the Belmonts.
I don't know if this will be accepted, but Dion's got one car-related song: "Drive all night".

Car #2 is a 1902 Knox "Old Porcupine" and Tuner #31 should be Buddy Knox.

Finally, a bit of luck and a bit of hard work did it, but I have no idea for the last two.

Damn', damn' and damn'. #31 being a  close lookalike to Buddy Knox, I persuaded myself it was him. But when you don't find the same photo, you should worry.
As for the car, I found it (same license plate) as a 1902, but on a probably less relaiable source.

And now for the coup de grace:
Car #5 a 1911 Stafford automobile, and Tuner #31, Terry Stafford. And who's driving the car? Harry Truman himself.

Well, Otto, my "Horsepower" puzzle has been called "insanely difficult". I think it was nothing compared to this one. For instance I had never heard of Terry Stafford (who apparently recorded only one EP) or the Stafford automobile. Do you allow me to challenge you on your own ground, one of these days, with a Cars and Tuners of my own?

EDIT: I do not erase what I wrote above so everyone can judge of my ignorance; Terry Stafford not only recorded more than one EP, but he sold this EP at one million copies.
