Here we go again - another match 'em game. In this puzzle, there is a selection of cars, as well as a selection of musical performers (AKA -pardon the pun - "tuners").

All or part of a pictured car's name will match all or part of a pictured musical performer's or group's name.

Correctly match a car with the performer to win a point. A bonus point can be earned for naming a song by the artist that mentions a car or cars (to the best of my ability to research, not every artist has such a song in their catalog.

How many can you match? Enjoy!  :)

Some hints:

Not all of these musical acts are from the US.

One of the persons pictured in one of the automobiles was quite well known, in a line of work outside of the music business.

One of the pictured musical groups is pictured in a venue usually associated with a group of their fellow countrymen.

Finally (as always with these puzzles), identifying the cars is just as likely to lead you to the name of the musical performer, versus the reverse.

Hey, first pick!
#15, mebbe, Lloyd Price, and #28 is a Lloyd Alexander.  Now Lloyd Price's greatest hit was Stagger Lee, while General Lee starred in the Dukes of Hazzard.  Lee Stroyer (I'd have quite liked Dee Stroyer) and Lee-Eabb were both British auto manufacturers.

#9 is the original lineup of The Crickets, while #23 is a Plymouth Cricket.

#3 is The Fleetwoods, while #32 is a Cadillac Fleetwood.

#18 is a Mercury Comet, while #4 is Bill Haley and the Comets.  Bill Haley recorded Ike Turner's Rocket 88 before forming the Comets and also gave the car a mention (as "Hatey-eight") in Rip it Up.  The group recorded a B side "Rockin' Rollin' Rover" - had to look that one up and had minor hits with "Riviera" in 1960 and Riviera in 1961.

Oops.  Bill Haley's 1960 hit was "Hawk" as in Humber, not "Riviera" as in Buick.

Unusual face - Chris Farlowe and the Thunderbirds on #22 and #12 an interior of a Thunderbird?
#24, a Hudson Commodore and #33 one of the Commodores' line-ups?

OK, but you already got a point for the Rocket 88 variations mentioned.

I gotta say, it's good having another oldies music aficionado in the group.  ;D

#19 looks to be a J-car kombi (Cavalier/Skyhawk/Firenza/Sunbird), so I guess it's a Chevy Cavalier. And #29 will be J. Frank Wilson & the Cavaliers.
