I think that building tells us a lot about why some of us have no empathy with modern buildings. It really could be anything, anywhere, and probably is matched by the appearance of its product!
The instantly recognisable factories of the first half of last century have some character as do their products in my view.
Sorry if that sounds too dismissive, but that's how I feel.

Starting with the obvious:
I think this is not a big manufacturer, of course the building itself doesn't reveal a thing, unless you already knew it, but the parked cars do reveal at least that this place can be in Europe.
The sad style of the place make me think that this is not an atelier were you can see stilish cars (like a Carrozzeria or a centre of design at all!).
The small, overhall dimensions suggest a small factory of handbuilt, or semi-handbuilt cars, like funcars, replicas or kit cars.
Not many windows, so, probably this place is not often hit by the sun...
Small doors, it means that there are no big trucks coming and going with material, assembled parts... and this bring us back to a small make.
The plates of the cars are ureadable but they do not seems to be from UK (that was my first guess).
So, is this place in north Europe
