Correct! That's the name I have also found for it! But who built it? It is very mysterious. Is it really a submarine  :D or a car?

He went as far as to construct a working chassis and sketch studies of the futuristic body he planned to use after reaching the production stage. a chief engineer from Southern California Edison Co., Hunt stuck to automotive basics in a technical components were assembled in an unconventional way.(....)
Hunt Glasstop Coupe, 4-door, 7-passenger, engine Buick 4-cyl (....)
