It has some Van Diemen traits, but I couldn't find any F3 cars with such a look, just FFord ones...
But I hope I've got the country right.

It has a Burt Strut ( named after female hillclimb racer Patsy Burt ), so it is probably a hillclimb car.

Well spotted on the chassis/suspension front, but as I say, this is one car that I don't know a great deal about, apart from its identity and some very limited background.

It might well be a hillclimb car, but those have often had a lower rear wing (not always, though). As for the country, I meant the UK.

presumably a Delta powered by a Hartwell tuned IMP engine , and with watercres stickers ,, driven by Charles Barter the watercress grower .
