To make it short:

There were similar vehicles like the Isuzu K10 type 96 (6x4) and the Sumida Type K (6x4)

I think they all are more or less the same vehicle and have been built at differnt locations by different companies.

Only I was not able to find proof.

Does anybody know more about this topic?
