Could be a Wolseley-Siddeley of about 1907 I suppose.

Dalgleish-Gullane 1-cylinder 2-seater. Only built in 1907-1908 in Haddington (GB), by the Haddington Motor Engineering Company.
14 were made, only one survived.

I just happened to look at the Wikipedia entry for this car, and one photo shows the nameplate clearly reading "DALGLIESH," not "Dalgleish" even though the latter spelling seems to appear pretty much everywhere.
