You're close to the point. It is a Smyk, but not the one yo propose: there are obvious differences between the two cars. You can surely find somewhere the connection between them.

I won't a point for this...it's a Smyk B30.

Paul Jaray is right: this is the Smyk B30 (and, as far as my knowledge of Polish allows -zero, that is) I think the pictures poste by Gromotorix show the B31.
However, Paul says he won't take the point and it goes rightly to Grob: finding Smyk was the hardest part.
