That's a Nova Kit Car, based on a Volkswagen Beetle chassis. Cf. the lower pic in http://www.therightsigns.co.uk/nova/introduction.htm

Admittedly, it's based on a Nova, but this one is a little different.

Perhaps the Australian version, Purvis Eureka?

That's the one! The differences are very subtle.
