The license plate (IY-xxxx) indicates a pre-WWII German car (region of Düsseldorf). This is one of the cars built be Gottlob Espenlaub. Not his first attempt (from 1928, based on a Wanderer).

Done again.
Espenlaub car, and I am not sure of its year and model name: I had it as the Wanderer, but it's a bit unclear on the page where I saw it.
Several Espenlaub creations have already made nice puzzles here, so it would have been easy for an older Autopuzzler, but it took a newcomer to solve this one.
