Speaking as Tuckeroo, I should point out that while Carioca is correct, in 1955 when Preston Tucker was trying to start up this venture in Brazil, he unfortunately no longer held the right to produce a car under his own last name.  The name "Tucker" and the rights to use it for automobile production was procured by a private investor when the company was liquidated by the court appointed trustees.  So technically it should just be the "proposed for 1956" Carioca.  Still, sour grapes on my part for not spotting this puzzle first.  :P

This is the Carioca indeed, and it's quite logical that a Brazilian found it.
But I think that Tuckeroo rightly deserves another point for correcting the name.
