I think it's a Scripps-Booth Cyclecar.

Correct. I have pictures of two different models, and I'm not sure if this one also was called the Scripps-Booth Rocket, so I'm happy with just cyclecar.

That pointy thing on top of the engine, is that the fuel tank? A lot of the cyclecars from that period have that design feature.

I don't know. I supposed that it justified the name "Rocket" for the Scripps-Booth, though. We must have a specialist among puzzlers who could answer that.

Most likely it was. Th engine was air-cooled, so it didn't need to carry water.
