Looks like an Acoma Super Comtesse with the roof chopped off. But I don't recognise this as an Acoma production model so it may go under another name.

Yes well done, this is an Acoma Super Comtesse Type 780E (built in France 1978 - 1981 with a 49cc engine). I just like the look of this home-made WW2 recreation version.
