Zut alors!, it's a SECMA F16, a rear-engine light-weight buggy using a 1.6-litre Renault engine and built by Fun Buggy maker SECMA in France.  There is also an odd three-wheeler version of the F16 using the same GRP front panels.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.
