Woohoo! Puzzle #500. And they've all gone by like whoosh. 36 of them have, per now, not been solved: 10 Rookie puzzles, 10 Expert puzzles, and 16 Pro puzzles, plus various bits and pieces of cars in other puzzles. Keep at it, guys - I've currently got 400 more ready for posting, and the amount is ever rising ;)

I don't understand, and I'm sorry if my kudos were interpreted the wrong way.

500 puzzles is, in my opinion, a laudable achievement, and my comment was sincerely congratulatory. Your presence at AutoPuzzles had made the site more enjoyable for everyone who visits.

I'd say it should be Nissan Skyline GTR early demo edition.

Not an expert puzzle imho.

I'll take it as a benefit to your 500th puzzle. Best wishes!

This:  :-[ is an 'embarrassed' emoticon, and embarrassment is something that could easily happen if somebody's bragging about you. I took your comment just the exact way you meant it, you just didn't take my response the way I meant it ;)

As if our normal language barriers aren't enough, we don't even understand each other's emoticons...!

I don't care what you think about that. The other guys who guessed didn't know it. So take your point and be happy.

I am!   :)
Didn't want to offend you, but you're also someone who likes to speak frankly....

@re

No offense taken.

Thing is, though, in most cases I don't think there's any point in commenting on the difficulty of any puzzle. If you have seen this on a website and know it, it's an easy puzzle for you. Another puzzle might be the most difficult you'll ever see, but I could have stumbled upon it at some time, making it a piece of cake for me. As an example I could mention my puzzle #7, which is still unsolved. I had known it for years when I posted it, originally in the Rookie section, expecting it to be solved in a day or two. That was more than a year ago.

My comment only was regarded to the frequently visited and well known source of which it's obviousely taken from...

I'm pretty sure that car #7 is hardly to find on any of the well known sources one's unintentionally stumble upon...

For a guy who deploys the "roll eyes" emoticon when when your puzzles are unsolved for more than 15 minutes, and who comments on what is or isn't an expert puzzle posted by others, you've done little to clear out the backlog of difficult puzzles in the Pro section.  ;)

Being still an Expert I prefer to solve the puzzles I like. I will focuse on the Pro section when the time has come.  ;)

::) You exaggerate. (a bit)

That source was not where I first found this, although I did later discover that it was there as well. So it's not so obvious where it came from.

I also believe that source wasn't the first place where this picture popped up. It's been lifted from another site.
