Indeed. I had it as a 1960 car, and made in India (and obviously photographed there). I'm not to good at british cars: were they made in U.K., India, or both?

Quite likely: they were an interim model between the Standard 10 and the Triumph Herald, and as I know the latter went to India after it finished in England, I suppose the Pennant did too.
However, Georgano lists Standard of Madras from 1961 and only mentions the (4-door) Herald that they produced.
