Do you know what this is?
Thank you, and good luck. Neil

Is that a Triumph Herald next it? It looks like Britsh Leyland rotostyle wheels on the red one. A MG concept car?

It's neither an MG or a TVR.

I don't think the wheels are British Leyland, but I'm not 100% sure.

The car next to it is a Triumph (not a Herald though) but no points for spotting that!

Hi, this is the Douglas Hartley Special. It was built between 1961 and 1968 by Douglas Hartley (an airframe fitter by trade). It has a crossflow Ford engine with other components including the screen lifted from a Ford Corsair. It has a spaceframe chassis with front suspension of his own design. Door handles and other small components were also self-made in his workshop.

Yes, well done.
The car resides at the Llangollen Motor Museum in Wales where I took the (poor quality) photo earlier this year.

Yikes! It sure is, um, special-looking. Here is a slightly more complete picture.
You wanna be the man, you gotta Name That Car!
