My guess is a Lancia of some sort.

It's somebody's idea for a Packard resurrection.  The side trim says Packard to me.

Good eye, hugo99!.

This car is tagged as the "last Packard prototype of the Studebaker / Packard company". The picture was taken at the Studebaker National Museum in South Bend, IN.
