It may sound very strange, but this is a Citroën... This prototype Urbain I has got the 602 cc flattwin from the 2CV / AMI and rear whel drive :-[

I'll give you the point for that, but the model designation of this car was something more than "Urbain I" and it's much more well-known under that other designation. Which one?

I guess you mean "Mini Zup" ? There's an interesting article (in French) about these urban vehicles in Citroscopie #13 (Août-Septembre-Octobre 2007) :)
