The mechanicals are Austin (Princess?) and the bodywork is Bertone.  Don't have a name.

This could be the early version of the TVR Tina Spyder. Mechanicals from the Sunbeam Imp and body by Fissore.

Actually it's the later version of the TVR Tina convertible.
The early version, which was shown at Earl's Court in 1966 but which was very quickly given a revised nose-job, is pictured below (at Turin I believe):
